down the coast was the historic town of Lahaina, which was the centre of
whaling activities. At the centre of town in Banyan Tree square &

After visiting the Large Island of Hawaii and looking at all manner of things volcanic and the 40 varieties of basalt (according to Janet), we moved onto the Kaanapali Beach resort on the island of Maui. As you can see it was all rather stressful | ||

And we did get to drive up the wrong side of the road | ||
| Some of the accommodation at Kanapali was pretty luxurious, but we did not stay here. | |

We were not complaining about our accommodation when this was the view from our balcony | ||
